Five color glutinous rice is a specialty of Buyi people. It is not only good-looking, but also tasty. There are five colors including blue, purple, black, green, and yellow, thus called "five color glutinous rice". As one of the oldest food of the Buyi people, it is made from fine glutinous rice offering good medicinal effect.
五色花糯米是布依人的特产,不但色彩鲜艳,而且味道悠远。色彩有蓝、紫、黑、绿、黄五种,叫"五色花糯米饭"。作为布依族最古老的特色食品之一,上好的糯米制作的五色花糯米饭不但色鲜味美,而且还有良好的药物作用。
